Within two weeks, we’ll let you know where things stand. If we see a strong fit, we’ll invite you to the first interview. If not, we’ll follow up with a note as well.

First Interview - Let’s Connect

This is a chance to get to know each other. You’ll learn about zigzag—our mission, culture, and role—and we’ll hear about your journey and ambitions.

Second Interview & Optional Task

If things go well, you’ll meet more of the team. Depending on the role, we might ask for a short task to explore your skills and thought process.

Final Talk with Our HR Team

When there’s alignment on both sides, you’ll have a final conversation with our HR team to talk through the framework for a potential collaboration.

Offer Stage – Ready to Join
