RESPONSIBILITY

What You Will Do

In the Field of Marketing

You support us in the strategic development and operational execution of tasks across various marketing areas, such as social media, digital marketing, or content marketing
You are actively involved in identifying topics and creating regular posts for our social media channels
You independently conduct research tasks and present the results in an appealing and well-structured way
You assist in conducting market and competitor analyses, create benchmarks, and help further develop our marketing ambitions
You actively contribute to internal projects and assist with the organization and planning of internal and external events
You support tasks in collaboration with external service providers (e.g., agencies, photographers, caterers)
You are involved in the design and management of communication activities such as sponsorships, speaking engagements, and other initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and enhance the external perception of our brand

In the Field of HR

You support a wide range of tasks in various HR areas, including employer branding, recruiting, onboarding, and personnel development
You actively contribute to the optimization and digitization of HR and company processes and assist with the implementation of digital HR tools
You conduct research projects and prepare the results in a structured format
You gain exciting insights into the field of knowledge management and actively contribute to the further development of our internal communication structures
You provide flexible support in office management and, when needed, also take on tasks in other areas such as controlling or business development

SKILLS

What You Must Have

You are currently studying business administration, economics, or a related field with a focus on marketing, communication, media management, and/or human resources
You have already gained initial experience in marketing and HR or are eager to dive into these areas
You are familiar with social media and stay up to date with current platform trends
You have a strong sense for text and visuals, along with excellent MS Office skills
You are characterized by an independent, motivated, and communicative working style
You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
You should be living and eligible to work in Germany, as we cannot support visa applications for internships
