Hearing Back Within Two Weeks

Within two weeks, we’ll let you know where things stand. If we see a strong fit, we’ll invite you to the first interview. If not, we’ll follow up with a note as well.

First Interview - Let’s Connect

This is a chance to get to know each other. You’ll learn about zigzag — our mission, culture, and role — and we’ll hear about your journey and ambitions.

Second Interview & Optional Task

If things go well, you’ll meet more of the team. Depending on the role, we might ask for a short task to explore your skills and thought process.

Final Talk with Our HR Team

When there’s alignment on both sides, you’ll have a final conversation with our HR team to talk through the framework for a potential collaboration.

Offer Stage – Ready to Join

If everything clicks, we’ll be excited to make an offer. Once you’re on board, we’ll support your onboarding so you feel part of the team from day one.
